What You'll Do As a Senior Project Manager, you will: Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex projects across multiple programs and manage multiple concurrent projects. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and updates. Manage project economics, including budgets, staffing, resources, risks, and contracting. Facilitate governance through formal Steering Committees and executive-level stakeholder engagement. Drive change management and ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes. Promote continuous improvement and share best practices across the organisation. What You'll Bring Adaptability and resilience are essential, enabling you to lead through change and uncertainty. With a sharp analytical approach to problem-solving, you balance strategic goals with operational realities, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across teams. You'll also bring: 8 years of experience managing complex projects or programs across business units. 5-6 years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations projects. Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity concurrently. Strong vendor-side consulting, delivery, and project management experience. - Full lifecycle implementation and upgrade experience in multiple ERP projects (preferably Microsoft D365 / F&O). Proven ability to navigate the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of Microsoft D365 / F&O project delivery Energetic and enthusiastic, with a desire to make an impact within a consulting and solutions environment. Great communication and team-building skills. Excellent Risk Management and Change Management capabilities. Experience with Agile or hybrid Agile methodologies.
