Your new role Working closely with construction, drafting, and selection teams, you will be responsible for producing accurate production estimates for residential builds. The business uses Databuild for estimating and Onsite Companion for reporting, with systems set up correctly to support consistency, accuracy, and ease of use. Whether you are a senior Production Estimator or someone with a couple of years experience looking to step into a wellsupported environment, this role offers the systems, structure, and culture to help you perform at your best. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will bring experience as a Production Estimator within residential construction, with handson proficiency using Databuild for preparing accurate and detailed estimates. Exposure to Onsite Companion or similar construction reporting systems is highly regarded, along with a strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to work. You will be a confident communicator who collaborates effectively within a team environment and contributes positively to a highperforming culture. Prepare detailed and accurate production estimates using Databuild Review plans, specifications, and selections to ensure complete scope coverage Maintain uptodate pricing and supplier rates Work collaboratively with internal teams to support smooth handover from preconstruction to construction.
