Reporting to the Digital Delivery and Experience Senior Manager, you will contribute to best‑practice quality assurance, release readiness and continuous improvement across our website and connected systems. About the Position As our Digital Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for producing, analysing and executing test cases across our ecommerce website, CRM and integrated platforms including ERP, POS, WMS and OMS. This role blends hands‑on testing delivery with defect management, release validation and close collaboration with internal teams and third‑party partners. You will support both business‑as‑usual testing and project delivery across evolving digital initiatives, including platform enhancements, CMS implementations and replatform activities. Working closely with Digital Delivery, Technology, Retail and external suppliers, you will help ensure our digital platforms meet the standards expected of a luxury brand. As Our Digital Quality Assurance Analyst, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Quality Assurance & Testing Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on functional specifications and business requirements across ecommerce and omnichannel systems Perform unit, functional, end‑to‑end and regression testing across websites and integrated platforms Identify, document, analyse and manage defects, ensuring accurate prioritisation and timely resolution Support release readiness, validation and post‑release quality assurance activities Execute and maintain test scripts, including automation testing where applicable, to support efficient regression testing Digital Delivery & Collaboration Work closely with cross‑functional internal teams including Digital Delivery, Retail, Client Services, Finance, IT and E‑commerce Operations Collaborate with third‑party suppliers to support issue resolution and project delivery Participate in WIP meetings, showcases and release activities Support elements of sprint and project delivery in line with established processes and timelines Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, quality outcomes and release efficiency Contribute to the development of QA standards, documentation and ways of working Support the adoption of new tools, automation and AI‑enabled practices as the digital technology stack evolves What You Will Bring to the Position A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline 3–4 years’ experience in a Digital or Ecommerce Quality Assurance role, ideally within retail Experience writing test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria Exposure to automation testing to support regression and release validation Strong understanding of application integration testing Experience supporting website redevelopment, platform change or replatform initiatives Knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methodologies Strong problem‑solving, communication and prioritisation skills Experience with the following is advantageous: Magento 2 or Salesforce Commerce Cloud AP21 ERP, NewStore POS / OMS Contentful or similar CMS platforms Modern ecommerce or composable commerce architectures Why Join Our Team?
