This role will support two concurrent projects as part of a broader Digital and Business transformation program. If you enjoy being in the engine room of delivery – driving governance, keeping projects on track and ensuring nothing slips – this is a strong opportunity to step into a large enterprise environment and work with a great team of people. The role You’ll work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to support end-to-end delivery across IT initiatives, with a strong focus on governance, reporting and coordination. Responsibilities Coordinate meetings, workshops and cross-functional communications Maintain project plans, schedules, risk and issue logs Support PMO governance and prepare reporting for senior stakeholders Track milestones, dependencies and key deliverables Assist with budget tracking, POs and resource coordination Experience Preferred Experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst or similar within IT or transformation programs Some exposure to ERP migrations or large-scale IT change initiatives Strong governance, reporting and documentation capability Familiarity with MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint You’ll be organised, detail-focused and proactive – someone who drives actions rather than just tracking them.
