About the Role We’re looking for an experienced API Automation Test Engineer to support integration and end-to-end testing across a complex enterprise systems landscape. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in API testing and automation , particularly using Postman, Newman and Node.js libraries . You’ll be responsible for validating integrations across multiple systems, ensuring accurate data flows and seamless interoperability across enterprise platforms. What You’ll Do Design and develop integration test scenarios, test cases and test scripts for API testing and integration workflows Perform API functional and automation testing using Postman, Newman and Node.js libraries Validate end-to-end system interactions, data flows and data transformations across integrated enterprise applications Test systems both individually and as part of integrated environments to ensure complete system coverage Automate API integration tests using Postman and Newman to improve testing efficiency and support CI/CD delivery pipelines Create and manage required test data to support functional, regression and system integration testing Execute functional, regression and system integration testing across multiple releases and project streams Identify, document and track defects , supporting resolution and providing root cause analysis where required Collaborate closely with developers, architects and business analysts to ensure integration requirements are clearly defined and testable What We’re Looking For Strong experience in Integration and End-to-End testing Experience testing complex enterprise systems and integrated application landscapes Proven hands-on experience in API testing using Postman, Newman and Node.js libraries Solid experience with API automation testing Good understanding of enterprise system testing methodologies , including testing systems in isolation and within integrated environments Ability to create test data and perform functional, regression and system integration testing Strong defect management skills including defect logging, tracking and root cause analysis Ability to manage testing across multiple concurrent releases and project streams Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and business stakeholders NOTE: Due to the nature of the role, Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
