Our Client Our client is a well established Family Office with a diverse portfolio of property and development interest. This group are currently looking to appoint a Development Manager to assist in the design, town planning and delivery of apartment, retail and commercial developments. The Role Reporting to a Development Director, this role will suit a proven Development Manager who can take ownership for driving development outcomes from front-end design through to completion. This is a hands-on role that will suit candidates who have a strong project management skillset and an ability to build strong working relationships with agents, authorities and a diverse range of consultants. About You It is anticipated that successful candidates will have the following skillset & experience: Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Property or related field Proven track record in client side project management or property development on the Eastern seaboard, ideally across the full development lifecycle. Hands on approach to drive development outcomes.
