This role is ideal for someone looking to step up into a full Property Manager position , with strong team support and a well-located portfolio primarily consisting of apartments along St Kilda Road . About the Company Our client, is a boutique agency known for its supportive leadership and collaborative team culture . Led by experienced leadership, the team prides itself on creating an environment where staff are supported, trained, and given opportunities to grow within the business. The Role As the Property Manager , you will manage a portfolio of approximately 140–150 residential properties , with strong support from the leasing team. Leasing consultants will handle all rental inspections , allowing you to focus on the day-to-day management of the portfolio and client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: End-to-end management of 140–150 residential properties Coordinating maintenance requests Managing tenant and landlord communication Lease renewals and tenancy management Handling routine property management processes Working collaboratively with the leasing team Ensuring compliance with Victorian property legislation There is also the opportunity to earn commissions , and the business is looking to introduce a Business Development Manager (BDM) in the future to further support portfolio growth.
