Sydney also considered. We are supporting a consulting delivery team working on large scale Salesforce transformation programmes across customer and employee platforms. This contract role suits an experienced Experience Designer who is comfortable operating inside enterprise delivery environments. You will work alongside Experience Architects, Solution Architects and engineering teams to turn research insights into journeys, wireframes and interface designs that guide real platform implementation. The work sits at the intersection of service design and enterprise platform delivery. It is less about producing artefacts and more about ensuring the experience design carries through to build. What you will do Conduct user interviews and support research activities across customer and employee journeys Facilitate or support design workshops with business and delivery stakeholders Synthesise research findings and translate them into actionable design insights Define personas and document current and future state experience journeys Produce wireframes and interface design concepts aligned to delivery epics and stories Collaborate closely with Experience Architects, Solution Architects and Technical Architects Support the application of design systems during build phases Provide visual design support for presentations, artefacts and project documentation What they are looking for Around 8 years experience in experience design, service design or product design Experience delivering work inside consulting, professional services or enterprise programmes Exposure to CRM, digital platforms or enterprise technology implementations Strong wireframing, UI design and visual communication capability Comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders Able to operate in complex programmes with evolving requirements Experience working within Agile delivery environments Tools commonly used Figma Miro Jira Adobe Creative Suite Nice to have Experience working on Salesforce implementations Background in design consulting or enterprise transformation programs This is a hands on delivery role within a collaborative consulting environment. You will work closely with architects, engineers and business stakeholders to shape experiences that are implemented at scale. Melbourne based candidates are preferred.
