Our Technology Services team has two openings (a permanent role and a 12‑month contract) with plenty of variety, you’ll be involved in everything from machine onboarding and invoicing to reporting and hands-on support for our teams and customers. In this role, you will: Prepare quotes and proformas for customer subscriptions (VisionLink ET and SIS). Manage monthly invoicing including renewals, payment follow-ups, and credit queries. Conduct monthly audits of machine subscriptions, prepare reports, and process purchase orders. Coordinate customer technology onboarding, including enrolling machines in Caterpillar systems, setting up subscriptions, and maintaining customer contact details. Monitor shared inboxes, action customer and internal requests, and manage rental machine subscriptions. Arrange travel, accommodation, uniforms, catering, and other purchase orders. Provide general administrative support, including digital authorisations, CCID setup, and regular email management. About You A successful teammate will have experience in: Strong attention to detail and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once Confident working with systems, databases, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and reporting) Comfortable managing invoicing processes, purchase orders, and general administration tasks Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, customers, and external partners Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and take initiative Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support a wide variety of tasks Previous experience in administration, coordination, or finance support roles (desirable but not essential) Why Hastings Deering?
