About the Role: As Refund Point Manager , you’ll oversee the daily operations of your depot to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service. You’ll lead a small team, inspire great performance, and ensure customers receive the best possible recycling experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead, support, and motivate a small team to deliver outstanding customer service. Manage daily operations, including rostering, cash handling, and record keeping. Assist customers with sorting recyclable items into correct categories. Ensure all customers are welcomed, assisted, and encouraged to return. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage future casual recruitment for your depot with HR support. Ensure all staff are trained, compliant, and working safely. Report and address any safety hazards, faults, or risks promptly. About You: Proven experience leading a small to medium-sized team. Previous relevant experience in retail, hospitality, warehousing, or customer service environment Physically fit and comfortable performing manual, repetitive tasks. Basic knowledge around computer skills (Excel and Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive “can-do” attitude with a passion for great customer service. Why Join Us?
