TP Human Capital is seeking experienced Underground Haulage Operators for a hard rock mine in North Queensland. This is a FIFO opportunity for skilled operators with proven underground haulage experience in remote mining operations. What’s on Offer: Roster: 7 days on / 7 days off – balanced for work-life Shifts: 12.5-hour day and night shifts FIFO: From Brisbane, Townsville, or Cairns via chartered flights Pay: Competitive, based on experience super on all hours Extras: Flights, meals, and accommodation provided What We’re Looking For: Significant underground haulage truck experience Experience in remote/FIFO mining operations Ability to work safely and follow all site procedures Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player Consistent work history with two contactable referees (one within 12 months, one within 5 years) Willingness to learn and grow within the role Mandatory Requirements: Full, unrestricted work rights in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or visa allowing unrestricted work) Valid Open Manual Driver’s Licence (no restrictions) Ability to pass a pre-employment health assessment , including: Mineral Mines & Quarries medical Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) Blood Lead Levels Chest X-Ray ILO Drug & Alcohol Screening National Police Check Completion of site inductions Additional Info: Applicants must reside in Cairns, Townsville, or Brisbane , as FIFO is strictly from these locations Candidates with relevant haulage experience will be prioritised Please Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted regarding this role.
