Key Duties & Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, employees, installers/subcontractors, suppliers, and management Assist with stock management and control, including maintaining accurate stock records, conducting regular stocktakes, and reconciling discrepancies Receive, inspect, record, and manually handle incoming solar equipment such as panels, inverters, batteries, cables, and mounting systems Ensure correct labelling, storage, and safe handling of fragile solar components Organise and maintain the warehouse layout to support efficient workflow Prepare, pick, and allocate required stock for upcoming installation jobs, including regular heavy lifting Pick up and deliver stock as required across the Townsville, Cairns, and Mackay regions Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment Support the Director with additional stock and freight tasks as required Skills & Experience Required Qualifications Current manual driver’s licence Current forklift licence Required Experience Previous experience as a Store Person or Warehouse Assistant Desired Experience Experience within the construction or solar industry highly regarded Key Skills & Attributes Professional and friendly demeanour Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically capable of manual handling tasks
