Project Manager - Refurbishments About the Role Join a purpose-driven organisation delivering essential community services across regional NSW and the ACT . As Project Manager - Refurbishments , you'll lead the delivery of room and unit refurbishments across aged care and retirement living sites throughout the Illawarra and South Coast , along with selected minor capital works projects. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership from scope through to completion — managing budgets, programs, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard within live operational environments. What You'll Do Scope and manage refurbishment and minor capital works projects (typically up to $1M) Review quotations, prepare recommendations and oversee delivery through to handover Coordinate consultants, contractors and site stakeholders across multiple regional locations Monitor budgets, programs and contractor performance under Schedule of Rates contracts Conduct audits, manage compliance and lead quarterly contractor performance reviews Report on project progress, budgets and Service Level Agreements across your region About You You're an organised and proactive Project Manager with experience delivering refurbishment, fit-out or capital works projects — ideally within live environments such as aged care, healthcare or education.
