Contract Administrator (Fit-Out) Site-Based Role | Contract Position | Immediate Start Available We are a well-established commercial builder specialising in high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects across retail, hospitality, workplace, and commercial sectors. Due to continued project wins, we are seeking a motivated Contract Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. This is a site-based role , working closely with the Project Manager and site team to ensure the smooth financial and contractual management of projects. About the Role As Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery from procurement through to final account. This position suits someone with 1–3 years’ experience in the fit-out sector who is confident working in a fast-paced site environment. Key Responsibilities Letting and administration of subcontract packages Procurement of trades and suppliers Preparation and assessment of progress claims Variations management (upstream and downstream) Cost tracking and budget management Preparation of financial reports Assisting with head contract administration Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and the site team Skills & Experience Required 1–3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within the fit-out sector (essential) Proven experience working on commercial fit-out projects Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Job Pac systems (essential) Understanding of construction contracts and subcontract administration Excellent communication and negotiation skills High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work effectively in a site-based team environment What We Offer Competitive contract rate Opportunity to work on high-profile fit-out projects Supportive and experienced project team Immediate start available Potential for contract extension based on performance If you are a driven Contract Administrator with fit-out experience and strong Job Pac capability, we would love to hear from you.
