What you will do as a Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator You will use your exceptional customer service skills and conscientiousness to administer the AER's back-office recruitment and onboarding functions. You will apply (or quickly acquire and apply) your understanding of recruitment processes and systems, the Australian Public Service (APS) employment framework and best-practice recruitment and selection methods. You will collaborate with stakeholders and deliver recruitment plans in line with the AER recruitment schedule. You will use your knowledge and experience to administer and facilitate outcomes through the current ACCC recruitment system (BigRedSky) and the future AER Enterprise Resource Platform (TechnologyOne). You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and implement improvements to current approaches and practices. About you In order to succeed in the role, you will have: a good understanding of or ability to quickly acquire a good understanding of, recruitment processes and systems, the APS employment framework and best-practice recruitment and selection methods demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a relevant human resources field be digitally proficient, including the ability to use all available technologies have or be working towards tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field such as psychology or willingness to gain professional accreditation in Human Resources.
