Our client is looking for a driven Branch Manager to lead their Hume operations. This is a hands-on role where you will take full responsibility for the branch's performance, team growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The successful candidate will receive a competitive package of $160,000-$195,000 per year plus a 12% bonus (inclusive of superannuation and a trade vehicle). You must be and Australian Citizen.You will manage a branch that is part of a larger NSW network, including a key manufacturing site. You will oversee all aspects of operations, from financial performance to safety, sales, and customer service. Leading by example, you will ensure the team operates efficiently, meets targets, and continuously improves.They are looking for a proactive leader who prioritises safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
