Key Responsibilities: Manufacture and install a variety of fences, gates, panels, and frames. Follow efficient processes for picking, loading, unloading, and installing products and materials. Provide general support to ensure other installers are well-prepared and efficient. Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy workplace. Provide excellent customer service and represent WR Engineering professionally on site Skills and experience: The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and pride in producing high-quality work. Required skills: - Physically fit and capable of manual work - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - Friendly and professional manner with customers - Valid C Class driver’s licence (manual) - Experience using hand and power tools - Understand and value the importance of great customer service. - Strong problem-solving ability - Team player with a willingness to support others Desirable skills: - Welding and metalwork experience. - Construction induction white card. - Asbestos awareness certificate. - Silica Exposure Prevention certificate What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience.
