What you'll be doing Understand approved work orders, project scope, budgets and construction schedules Provide clear job information to internal teams and subcontracted trades Manage and maintain all job information within project management systems Monitor subcontractor performance against scope of works prior to invoice approval Assist with procurement processes including subcontractor engagement and documentation Issue compliance and contractual documentation to trades prior to project commencement Support Project Managers with commercial administration and contract management Investigate claims and provide findings to Senior or Project Managers where required About You Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within a commercial construction environment Strong understanding of construction documentation, contracts and project processes High attention to detail when managing project information, scope and documentation Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with project teams and subcontractors Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workstreams within active construction projects Proficient computer skills and experience working with project or job management systems Why join ASCOT GROUP At ASCOT GROUP, we are committed to creating an environment where our people can contribute to meaningful projects while continuing to develop their careers.
