The Opportunity We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Bundaberg and be the first point of contact for customers engaging with Auswide Bank via phone and digital channels. In this role, you’ll deliver efficient, high-quality service, identify customer needs, and provide solutions that support both customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
