You’ll work closely with participants to support daily living tasks, encourage independence, promote community participation, and help individuals achieve their goals. This may include assistance with personal care, household duties, mobility, and supporting behavioural or complex needs in line with Positive Behaviour Support Plans. These roles are based in a 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment , so flexibility is essential. Shifts may include a mix of mornings, afternoons and sleepovers. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to join a brand new service , build strong person-led relationships, and make a visible impact every day.
