You’ll work closely with participants to support daily living tasks, encourage independence, promote community participation, and help individuals achieve their goals. This may include assistance with personal care, household duties, mobility, and supporting behavioural or complex needs in line with Positive Behaviour Support Plans. These roles are based in a 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment , so flexibility is essential. Shifts may include a mix of mornings, afternoons and sleepovers. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to join a brand new service , build strong person-led relationships, and make a visible impact every day. What You Bring We’re looking for compassionate, confident support professionals who: Take a calm, non-judgmental approach with strong boundaries Female in her 20yr-35yr age range NDIS experience not necessary but is preferred Can work flexibly across a 24/7 rotating roster (some sleepovers included for the right candidates) Requirements (or willingness to obtain): NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check First Aid & CPR Certificate Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module: "Quality, Safety and You" Own smartphone with data Comprehensive car insurance About Us We are committed to human rights, co-designed supports, and real inclusion.
