Established in 1963, we are a family-owned and managed company, now with four generations actively involved in the nursery. Combined, the owners have over 300 years of experience in producing plants for the horticultural industry. We supply premium-quality plants to landscapers, retailers, developers, and local government. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking Full-Time Permanent Administration Officer to join our team. The role is based on site at our Head Office in Carabooda. Key Responsibilities Typing and data entry for orders, invoices, and other documents Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations Process new and existing orders by accurately inputting data for computer entry Investigate errors and anomalies, correct and rectify where possible Prepare, sort and export data to order forms and stock lists Maintain databases to ensure they hold accurate and current information Answering and redirecting phone calls to ensure excellent customer service General office duties such as scanning, filing, archiving, and ordering supplies Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks as required ABOUT YOU To succeed in this role, you will have: Previous experience in an Administration role Bring a cheerful, friendly, and “can do” attitude Have strong organisational and attention to detail skills Be confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Be able to work independently while contributing to a team Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS Benara Nurseries is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to apply for this role.
