The Role We are seeking a Sales and Production Assistant to join our team in Landsdale. This full-time position plays an important support role between our sales, production, and logistics teams, helping ensure customer orders are processed accurately and production schedules run smoothly. In this role, you will assist with reviewing sales orders, maintaining production scheduling information, and liaising with internal departments to support efficient manufacturing operations. You will also provide updates on order progress and help ensure customer requirements and operational deadlines are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and thrives in a role that combines administration, coordination, and customer support. What We’re Looking For: Previous customer service, sales support, or administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing, construction, or trade environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail, particularly when processing orders and entering data Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central highly regarded) Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Why CMI?
