Are you a passionate and experienced barista looking to join a Bakery/ café in Floreat. We are a French bakery / café offering pastries , breads and coffee . We are on the lookout for a Barista to provide exceptional customer service and help create an outstanding coffee experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including workstations and dining areas. Assist with stocking, inventory management, and retail coffee sales. Assist with coffee & milk ordering Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health regulations. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Handle sales transactions at the till and operate the POS system. Requirements: Proven barista skills, including dialling in grinders, latte art, and espresso extraction. Knowledge of specialty coffee and a passion for the industry is highly regarded. Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Strong multitasking ability and efficiency during peak hours. Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday as required. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar café or hospitality role.
