Must be available on Saturday at least. or both weekends. Have experience doing specialty coffee and able to work alone doing 200 cups a day. Have work with espresso, filters and brews. Know how to operate a La Marzocco Linea PB 3 group Be familiar with Mahlkonig E65S and EK grinders Have worked with a Wally Milk Steamer Confident in latte art, dialling in and troubleshooting Be able to work well in a team and communicate politely and effectively Be able to speak English confidently and fluently
