Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees the day-to-day operations of the café to ensure smooth and consistent service. Works together with the chef or cook to suggest changes, updates, or improvements to the menu based on customer feedback and seasonal ingredients. Coordinates sta? schedules and assignments to manage busy periods and maintain service quality. Supports and guides sta? to create a positive, cooperative work environment. Monitors overall customer experience, stepping in to address any concerns or issues. Handles operational challenges, such as equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or unexpected busy periods. Communicates with owners or senior management about café performance, opportunities, and operational needs. Maintains a tidy, organised, and welcoming environment for both sta? and customers. Helps plan small in-house promotions or initiatives to attract and retain customers. Requirements Relevant quali? cation or 3 years of experience in lieu of the quali? cation.
