Mutual trust and respect are at the heart of everything we do. The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Assistant to work in our Perth Administration team. You will display a willingness to learn and have experience, ideally from within a legal, accounting or settlements background. Responsibilities will include the following, but are not limited to: reception coverage, including assisting with boardroom and event organisation; data entry, including reconciling courier invoices, special mail requests and archiving; restocking stationery areas and printers and photocopiers; assisting with CPD compliance and updating records; assistance with general day-to-day tasks as required. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, with a client service focus. You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting, as well as have strong typing skills. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, and have good attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines. You will also have strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot where required. The core office hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
