TAFE SA Job reference: 836128 Location: - VARIOUS - Job status: Long Term Contract Eligibility: Open to Everyone Multiple full time long-term contracts until 29 December 2028 ASO5 salary range $85,790 - $95,413 p.a. super Positions based at Tonsley and Elizabeth campuses View: Role Description The Opportunity The Apprentice Liaison Officer (ALO) provides a specialist case management approach to servicing Apprentice(s) and their Employers undertaking trade training through TAFE SA. Working closely within a dedicated Education Program the ALO will manage a high caseload of clients with a primary focus on the Apprentice/Student to support, connect and guide them in navigating their Apprenticeship journey alongside TAFE SA’s trade specific course delivery arrangements. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with a range of clients both internally and externally in the Australian Apprenticeship and/or Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, including experience in influencing and managing change. Demonstrated experience in the development and coordination of a student/case management approach including providing contextualised and tailored advice to internal and external customers within the Australian Apprenticeship and/or Vocational Education and Training (VET) sectors. Sound experience in managing conflict with a proven ability to work sensitively and effectively with a diverse client and student cohort, including people with disabilities, those from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and those with low language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills. What You Need to Know A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
