The charming 63-place, community-focused service is nestled in the leafy eastern suburbs of Adelaide and offers a genuine sense of belonging, supported by a well-established and collaborative team. As the Centre Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring excellence across all areas of service delivery. You will guide and support a committed team of educators, oversee compliance and the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), and work in close partnership with the Governing Council Committee to uphold the centre's vision and values, driving the service forward while maintaining its strong community heart. The successful candidate will demonstrate confident leadership, strong people management experience, sound knowledge of CCS, and the ability to effectively manage budgets and operational planning.
