Position Descriptor: Working 1:1 with an SSO2 with a student-funded to support his skills, capabilities and engagement within a special school environment. Requires high level skills and knowledge in Autism, and the diversity wheel, to plan a strengths based learning program. The student has many barriers to navigating this environment due to his complex sensory processing profile and communication needs. We are a trauma informed school, applying our Berry Street Knowledge and agreements. Strong AAC a must. VID training highly desirable.
