Families at our Thornlie centre often say they feel like they’re part of an extended family thanks to long-standing and experienced educators who have created special bonds with the children, families and the local community. This role will support in the leadership of staff and act as the responsible person in the absence of the Centre Manager. You’ll also plan and implement programs, support in leading the team and help them to reach their goals. About you You’ll be looking to take that next step in your career and supporting in leading a team while working closely with our experienced Centre Manager.
