This is a permanent, full-time opportunity ideal for someone ready to progress in their leadership career. The role includes working on the floor as a Room Leader, allowing you to stay connected with children while developing your leadership skills and supporting the day-to-day operations of the centre. In this role, you will support the Centre Manager in leading and inspiring the team and confidently take on the role of Responsible Person in their absence. You will play an active part in planning and delivering high-quality programs, mentoring and supporting educators, and contributing to a positive and goal-focused workplace culture. About you You’ll be looking to take that next step in your career and supporting in leading a team while working closely with our experienced Centre Manager.
