About us Zonta House Refuge Association (Zonta House) is a specialist provider of family and domestic violence (FDV) services. Our purpose, values, and services have been informed through 40 years of experience, the needs of victim-survivors of FDV in our community, and research in leading practice. About the role We are seeking a Case Manager to provide intensive case management support to women exiting prison to become contributing participants in their families, cultures, and communities. Our ReSet Case Manager works collaboratively with the Wungening Aboriginal Corporation to deliver informal counselling, advocacy, and warm referrals to specialist services, promoting strong outcomes in rehabilitation and reintegration. This is a full-time position on a fixed-term contract until June 2027. This role will be based in Gosnells, with travel required across the Perth Metropolitan area, including Bandyup Prison and Boronia Pre-release Centre. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience, skills, and expertise in family and domestic violence, as well as a strong understanding of the intersectionality between AOD use and mental health. They will be able to apply this in practice and effectively advocate for both families and the organisation when engaging with external parties. Key Selection Criteria Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Justice, Mental Health or a related discipline at a degree, diploma, or certification level. Diverse professional experience working with women who have experienced family and/or domestic violence, mental health, drug and alcohol and/or crisis in their lives. Experience and knowledge of working with the Housing Authority. Specialist experience and strong knowledge of using Risk Assessment and Safety Plans. Experience in working within a Case Management framework and developing and reviewing support plans. Experience working collaboratively with other organisations (including government services) in formal and informal partnerships to achieve client outcomes. An ability to provide holistic support using a Strengths-Based Therapy approach. Expert knowledge of referral pathways and community services. A comprehensive understanding of the appropriate relationship boundaries with clients and other service providers and the ability to work within the constraints of the job role. Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and adjusts personal style in response to client differences.
