An exciting opportunity exists for a capable and organised Accounts / Administration & Office Coordinator to join Wolfe Systems , a well-established and growing IT company based in Bibra Lake . This role is ideal for a qualified or highly experienced bookkeeper/accounts professional who enjoys owning the numbers, while also taking responsibility for the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office. You’ll work closely with the CEO and technical team, acting as the backbone of the finance department. About the Role This is a hands-on, trusted role combining: Core bookkeeping and accounts responsibilities General administration and office coordination Light office manager–style duties without people management pressure You will liaise with external accountants, suppliers, and internal staff, ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and professional client interaction. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Bank reconciliations across multiple accounts Payroll processing and superannuation management GST & BAS preparation End-of-month and end-of-year reporting Assisting with budgeting and cashflow forecasting Liaison with accountants, ATO, and ASIC as required First point of accounts contact for clients Email management, document handling, and general administration Supporting procurement staff Freight coordination, stock tracking, and supplier liaison Fleet of vehicles management, coordinating services, repairs etc Company Insurance management Reception duties Office supplies, systems, and process coordination Essential Criteria 2–5 years experience in a bookkeeping / accounts / admin role Demonstrated experience using an electronic accounting system (Xero highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confident working autonomously in a small business environment Professional communication skills (written, verbal, and client-facing) Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Reliable, well-presented, and proactive Current WA driver’s licence and Australian residency Desirable Criteria Formal qualification in accounting, bookkeeping, or business administration Experience in an IT, technology, or services-based business Familiarity with IT products and services Experience with a PSA such as HALOPSA or Connectwise Familiarity with the Employment Hero platform What We Offer Flexible hours (part-time to full-time negotiable) Salary commensurate with skills and experience Supportive, down-to-earth team environment Long-term opportunity for the right candidate A role where your contribution genuinely matters
