Essential Criteria: Proven ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and to a high standard. Demonstrated capability to plan, prioritise, and organise workload effectively. Experience or exposure to Financial Management Accounting at the 2024 PSGA Level 4 (or an equivalent mid‑level management role). Working knowledge of the public sector workers’ compensation claims process, particularly in relation to lost‑time claims. Ability to analyse and interpret Excel‑ based payment recoup reports. Competence in compiling statistical information and preparing written reports, including findings and recommendations. Desirable: Working knowledge of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2024.
