Finance Manager – Aged Care & Home Care Full-time | Applecross, WA Companion Home Care is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial performance, compliance, and sustainability of a growing in-home aged care business. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for delivering robust financial governance, commercial insights, and regulatory compliance across Home Care Packages and Support at Home services. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a key strategic partner supporting business performance, growth, and risk management. The Opportunity You will own the end-to-end finance function, providing high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making while ensuring strong controls across funding, payroll, and aged care compliance. Key focus areas include: Financial management, reporting, and commercial analysis Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimisation Aged care financial and prudential compliance Payroll oversight under the SCHADS Award Audit coordination, risk management, and governance Finance systems optimisation and process improvement Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate monthly Board reporting, forecasts, and cash flow analysis Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts, analysing performance and variances Ensure profitability and cost control across in-home care services Oversee aged care financial reporting, client budgets, subsidies, and unspent funds Maintain audit-ready financial records and manage external audits Oversee payroll compliance, statutory reporting, and financial controls Drive system improvements across finance and care management platforms Lead and develop the finance team and partner with senior leaders About You You are a commercially focused finance professional with strong technical capability and aged care experience.
