You will work closely with leadership, technical teams and business stakeholders to translate complex change into clear messages and practical outcomes. The Role Design and deliver communications and change management activities for IT and analytics initiativesAssess change impacts and support business adoption of new systems and platformsPrepare executive and board-level briefings, papers and presentationsCoordinate governance inputs, timelines and program milestonesTranslate complex technical and analytics concepts into clear business communicationsDevelop training and capability uplift activities to support workforce readinessWork closely with project and program teams to align change activities with delivery plans About You Proven experience delivering communications and change management activities for IT or digital initiativesStrong stakeholder engagement skills across business, leadership and technical teamsExperience translating technical change into clear business impacts and messagingAbility to support executive-level reporting, briefings and governance activitiesExperience developing training or capability uplift programsAbility to manage competing priorities in fast-paced program environmentsAustralian Citizenship is mandatory Desirable Experience Experience supporting large-scale data, analytics or technology transformation programsFamiliarity with structured change management approaches (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR or similar)Experience working within a government or highly regulated environmentThis role is ideal for a collaborative and delivery-focused Change and Communications professional who enjoys working across technical and business teams to support successful transformation outcomes.Apply now to be considered.
