About the roleWe are currently seeking an expereinced, detail-oriented Estimator join our New Homes team, encompassing Easystart Homes, New Generation Homes, Velocity and Summit Homes.Reporting to the Estimating Manager you will be responsible for providing accurate estimates for new residential home enquiries, as well as managing ad hoc pricing for upgrades and estimating product and material selections. The role will require you to maintain a comprehensive understanding of company specifications along with the ability to resolve issues and queries during the enquiry stage with our sales consultants. Additionally, you will produce contract documentation and prepare estimates for variations, ensuring our customers receive exemplary service and transparency throughout their home-building journey.About you The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in residential home estimating. You must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you will need to effectively liaise with all stakeholders within the business. You should thrive in a team environment while also possessing the ability to work autonomously. Additionally, you must be results driven, capable of meeting tight deadlines and providing work of highest standard.
