About the Role We are seeking a motivated and driven Trainee Construction Supervisors to join our residential construction team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with your assigned Area Manager you will work on new homes and developments projects, gaining hands-on experience in the field. The successful candidates will be involved in a variety of tasks across different projects, assisting in the supervision and coordination of daily site activities. If you are currently on the tools and ready to take the next step in your career, this role offers a fantastic chance to kickstart your career in site supervision. About You Previous experience as a trade or supervisor is preferred, but not essential. Experience in modular housing is a bonus, though not a requirement. Strong understanding of residential construction methods. Candidates with backgrounds in concreting, earthworks, carpentry and bricklaying will be highly regarded. You will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and accountability in all tasks you take on. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to effectively liaise with all stakeholders, fostering positive relationships within the team and beyond. You are a team player who works well with colleagues and is also capable of working autonomously. With the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time-sensitive requirements, you will be a key contributor to the successful delivery of our projects.
