About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join our Prime Plumbing team, supporting Summit Homes Group residential construction projects. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of plumbing installations across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship, timely delivery, and the effective management of allocated plumbers and sub-contractor trades. You will lead, coach, and support your team, manage workflow through internal systems, resolve on-site issues, and maintain strong relationships with builders, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on supervisory role with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. About You You are a qualified plumber/gasfitter with substantial experience supervising plumbing teams in residential construction. You have proven leadership skills, are highly organised, and are comfortable managing multiple sites and workflows. You have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, sub-contractors, and clients. You are proficient with digital scheduling and reporting tools, and committed to maintaining safety, quality, and high standards across all projects.
