About The Position We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Consultation Advisor to support consultation activities across the Infrastructure Directorate. Operating within a collaborative job share arrangement, this position works two days per week to deliver high quality community and stakeholder engagement across a range of infrastructure, environmental and strategic projects. In this role, you will Coordinate community and stakeholder consultation for all Infrastructure Directorate projectsProvide expert advice on best‑practice engagement methods and consultation planningReview and recommend Consultation Plans to ensure consistency and compliance with City policiesAnalyse consultation outcomes and prepare high‑quality written reportsFacilitate public meetings, workshops and information sessions, including occasional after-hours workAdminister and maintain the City's consultation web platformProvide training and guidance to staff on engagement processes and the IAP2 frameworkBuild and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders What We Are Looking For To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate: Sound knowledge and experience in coordinating project consultation activitiesHigh‑level written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical, problem‑solving and reporting capabilitiesExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesAttention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, high‑quality outputs Essential Requirements Tertiary qualification in community engagement/consultation (Certificate, Diploma or equivalent)Driver's licenceCurrent Police Clearance (less than three months old).
