Ensure business outcomes, performance standards and Service Level Agreement deliverables are met. Collaborate effectively with Administration Managers, other Team Leaders, Executive Directors, Portfolio Managers and other Training Services South Metropolitan TAFE teams to ensure consistent business practice across the College. To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in leading high‑performing administration teams, managing complex course and timetabling data within a Student Management System, and delivering consistent, customer focused services across multiple locations to achieve operational outcomes.
