We are looking for a detail-driven and commercially minded Estimator - Modular to join our team and support the delivery of innovative modular building projects. This role ensures cost estimates are accurate, buildable, and aligned with off-site manufacturing processes, yard capacity, and production sequencing. About the Role As part of our team, you will prepare cost estimates that cover materials, labour, subcontractors, transport, and production overheads. You will review drawings and specifications to confirm scope and constructability, and develop estimates that reflect practical yard workflows. Working closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Project teams, you will help align cost, time, and production outcomes, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will also: Validate build durations, labour allowances, and production assumptions Liaise with suppliers to obtain current pricing and maintain estimating templates Analyse actual build costs against estimates to identify improvement opportunities Your work will directly support feasibility studies, project planning, and pre-construction activities, helping the business deliver projects on time and on budget. About You You are analytical, organised, and enjoy turning technical drawings and specifications into accurate, practical estimates. Experience in construction estimating, ideally within modular or off-site manufacturing environments, will help you hit the ground running. You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly, and are confident problem-solving when assumptions or production constraints arise.
