We’re looking for someone who’s: A fully qualified mechanic with 5 years' hands-on experience Across the latest automotive tech and industry updates Proud of delivering exceptional customer service A natural problem-solver who thinks fast and acts smart Organised, efficient and confident managing your own workload Able to spot extra repair needs and communicate them clearly Holding a current full driver’s licence Reliable, independent and happy to take the lead Available Monday – Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings What You’ll Be Doing Servicing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles Diagnosing mechanical issues and resolving them efficiently Stepping into front-of-house when needed Maintaining top-tier workmanship with strong attention to detail Looking after tools, equipment and keeping the workspace safe and tidy Mentoring junior staff and supporting their development Staying informed on dealership services, products and processes Completing warranty and service documentation accurately If you’re experienced, confident and keen to grow in a supportive, well-established workshop then APPLY NOW - we’d love to chat!
