About The Role We’re looking for an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our Chlor Alkali Plant based in Kwinana, WA on a 12 month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities Fault finding and day-to-day maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems, including regular safety testing (e.g. IPF, proof, interlocks, etc.) Develop, review, and carry out high voltage isolations Liaise with suppliers to establish and order electrical equipment as required Ensure compliance with hazardous area requirements onsite (e.g. dossier control, maintaining records, providing technical assistance, etc.) Complete all documentation related to maintenance activities accurately and in a timely manner The Successful Candidate Will Have A current WA A Grade Electrical Licence A Certificate IV in Instrumentation (highly desirable) Qualifications in Hazardous Areas and HV Switching (desirable) Strong technical troubleshooting abilities The capability to work independently within a close-knit team A high level of professionalism and commitment to quality work What We Offer Competitive salary Benefits and Perks Wellness incentives Social events throughout the year How To Apply Click " Apply Now " to submit your resume and a cover letter which outlines how you align with the role as described in this advert.
