Air Adventure is looking for a Travel Operations & Reservations Specialist to join our growing team. We are a multi-award winning, Hall of Famer that specialises in private aircraft tours, golf travel and premium outback adventures , delivering unique, high value experiences across Australia and New Zealand. Our product is exciting, detailed and operationally complex, and we need someone who enjoys getting the details right. This role is ideal for someone with 5 years’ travel industry experience who wants to keep the parts of travel they love such as itinerary design, supplier relationships and booking management, without the noise that often comes with agency life. About the Role This is a hybrid office/work from home position supporting our Operations team while managing a defined stream of FIT and private travel bookings that require strong destination knowledge and a travel agent style approach. You will work closely with our Operations Manager and wider team to ensure bookings are accurate, well documented and operationally sound from initial enquiry through to departure. What You Will Be Doing Designing, quoting and finalising complex FIT itineraries Managing bookings end to end from enquiry to operational handover Liaising with Australian and New Zealand suppliers to secure availability and confirmations Supporting the Operations team with bookings, documentation and departures Ensuring all bookings align with operational requirements Delivering excellent client service throughout the process About You Minimum 5 years’ experience as a travel agent or similar role Strong experience designing and booking complex FIT itineraries Solid New Zealand product and destination knowledge Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Confident using booking systems and documentation tools Calm, collaborative and solutions focused Golf knowledge not required.
