About the Role A great opportunity exists for a qualified Electrician to join the team at Winki Energy . Specialising in both Commercial and Residential PV Solar, Battery (BESS) and EV Charging installations, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in an ever growing sustainable energy focused business. Electricians with residential solar experience that wish to upskill in commercial solar and large scale battery storage are encouraged to apply. Winki Solutions is based out of Torquay however also has a base Melbourne and services the entire state of Victoria. We currently have 15 SAA Accredited Electricians on staff that make up the core of our 49 staff. We are a young team that delivers high end quality work for multiple Tier 1 clients as well as residential customers, and have a good time doing it. Within this role you will: Complete a variety of commercial and domestic electrical work; with a strong focus on Residential solar and battery installations across the Greater Geelong and Surf Coast area Work on large scale Tier 1 Solar C&I projects including MW PV and MW Battery Storage projects Assist in the leadership and development of a small team Remain committed and self-motivated with a positive attitude towards all duties Provide a friendly and professional customer experience Conduct diagnostic work including fault finding and switchboard work Ensure all OHS protocols are followed at all times Work closely with a full time Ops Manager that is also a qualified electrician Why Join Us?
