MINING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - BDS MECHANICAL REPAIRS AUS We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Mining Business Development professional to join our team in a full-time role servicing Central and North Queensland. This position is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and expanding new business opportunities within the mining and resources sector and requires regular travel across the region. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop new business opportunities for our workshops and have meetings with major companies for labour hire gigs Hands on and reporting back to upper management Use specialist knowledge to interpret customer requirements via phone or in person Provide effective and efficient customer service and product advice Creating and maintaining strong customer relations Execute and influence the company's long-term growth strategy and goals. REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of and experience within the mining sector Very good communication skills Excellent customer service and sales skills Excellent telephone manner Must be willing to travel and for extended periods of time.
