The IT Integration Specialist is a fixed‑term contract role focused on integrating a recently acquired business into the company’s existing IT, security, and operational standards. This role provides hands‑on technical support, site‑level coordination, and project execution across manufacturing environments in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will act as a local IT execution resource , supporting day‑to‑day operations while driving integration activities such as endpoint standardization, identity alignment, network integration, and user transition to corporate systems. This role requires a self‑starter who is highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating independently in a fast‑paced M&A environment. Key Responsibilities M&A Integration & Transition Support Support the integration of acquired manufacturing sites into corporate IT standards, tools, and processes. Assist with onboarding users into corporate identity, Microsoft 365, and security platforms. Support endpoint refreshes, Windows 11 migrations, and device standardization activities. Coordinate local IT activities during cutover events, site transitions, and go‑live milestones. Serve as on‑site and regional IT support during the post‑acquisition stabilization period. Operational & End‑User Support Provide day‑to‑day IT support for manufacturing and office users, resolving incidents and service requests via the ticketing system. Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 11 endpoints, peripherals, printers, and production‑adjacent systems. Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID user administration. Deliver on‑site and remote support across Australia facilities. Perform basic network support and troubleshooting for Meraki switching, wireless, and security appliances. Assist with patching, monitoring, and system health checks during integration activities. Compliance & Cybersecurity Support cybersecurity and compliance requirements by following security policies, managing access and device controls, and maintaining documentation required for audit and risk activities. Identify, escalate, and assist in the remediation of security risks or compliance gaps during the integration process. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in IT support, IT generalist, or infrastructure support roles. Hands‑on experience with: Windows 11 endpoint support and migration Microsoft 365 administration and user onboarding Meraki networking (switching, wireless, basic firewall concepts) Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus. Prior experience supporting M&A integrations, site transitions, or large IT change initiatives preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in dynamic environments.
