About the Company A growing NSW-based construction company delivering residential (Class 1a), remedial (Class 2) and commercial works across the Central Coast and surrounding regions. With an expanding pipeline across Residential, Remedial and Commercial projects, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager who can act as a Secondary Nominated Supervisor and provide technical and compliance oversight across the business. The successful applicant will be one of the company’s listed nominated supervisors , with the business aiming to maintain no less than two (2) nominated supervisors at all times moving forward. The Role This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple projects, supervising delivery teams, and ensuring all works are completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard. The successful applicant will be listed as a Nominated Supervisor under the company contractor licence (alongside other nominated supervisors). Key Responsibilities Act as Construction Manager across Multiple projects Act as one of the company’s Nominated Supervisors under the contractor licence Mentor Trade Apprentices Ensure compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and NSW Fair Trading requirements Oversee programming, sequencing, and construction methodology Provide technical leadership and buildability input Manage WHS systems, QA processes, defects, and handover Support continued growth across residential and apartment remedial works Essential Requirements NSW Builder Licence – Builder General or Builder – Medium Rise (suitable for nomination) Strong experience delivering Either Class 1 or Class 2 projects Strong knowledge of NCC and regulatory compliance obligations Proven leadership capability Highly Desirable Experience in façade, balcony, or waterproofing Trade background Based on, or willing to be based on, Central Coast NSW What’s On Offer Senior leadership role within a growing construction business Shared nominated supervisor structure (not sole reliance) Competitive salary aligned to licence class and experience Stable project pipeline Long-term opportunity
