Readyform is ready to onboard an experienced Leading Hand onto our site team across numerous projects around central coast, Sydney and Newcastle. We are a Central Coast based company and our works are mainly civil works, and commercial hard scape. To be considered for this job: MUST have minimum 3-years experience in formwork, concrete, and reinforcement. Be local to central coast - we are based in Tuggerah - our work is spilt from sydney to newcastle, Central coast residents will only be considered. MUST have drivers Lic - Please do not apply if not. Ability to read drawings/plans and specs Must hold a White Card and other trade licences Demonstrated loyalty, hardworking character and use of initiative Able to manage 2-4 people and report back accurate information to team leader/directors Tasks & Responsibilities Reporting to the company Director/Site Supervisor Drive production within the project, forward thinking Be hands-on to ensure the project progress follows company expectations and ensure we are on schedule with our client Assist in maintaining and following company procedures Maintain site daily records (including photos, day dockets, daily log.)
